Chattanooga Through a Newcomer’s Eyes

I recently moved to Chattanooga from Nashville and I could not be happier with my decision. Over the past few years, Chattanooga has transformed into one of the nation’s fastest growing cities and I’m excited to experience it firsthand. Also, I’ve found the people here to be some of the nicest and most welcoming that I’ve ever come across.
While I’ve only been in town a short while, I’ve been able to spend some time exploring my new city. Outdoor activities are a big draw in Chattanooga and I’ve been able to take part, whether it’s taking a walk across the Market Street Bridge and into Coolidge Park or hiking one of the many trails found nearby. I’ve also enjoyed the downtown area, including seeing a show at the IMAX and taking a tour of the Tennessee Aquarium among others.
I look forward to continuing to explore the “Scenic City” in the coming months especially with the weather getting warmer.
