Andy Derryberry

Partner

Starting his career in marketing for Teledyne, Andy got bit by the public service bug and changed direction by becoming a Special Agent with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Later, he was one of the founding members of the Office of Inspector General for the Tennessee Valley Authority. Today, he's returned to his roots and serves as the firm's 'company conscience'.

Andy researches issues, develops strategies and asks the tough questions of our clients. Because of his background, he not only knows what works, but more importantly, what doesn’t.

Andy is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and takes great pride in being an Eagle Scout.

Robin Derryberry

Partner

You’ll often find Robin where the rubber meets the road. She’s a planner and a doer with our clients as well as within the community. A native Chattanoogan and seventh generation Tennesseean, Robin served as Deputy Chief of Staff for a Member of Congress and partner in a statewide public affairs firm before opening the doors to the firm in January 2006. She enjoys relationships built over time throughout the region.

When clients check their email for the first time in the morning, more often than not, there’s an email from Robin or a media link to information for their review. That’s just how she rolls.

Robin received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is an active member of the Chattanooga Rotary Club and serves as the current Chair of the Tennessee Human Rights Commission.

Kelsey Pollard

Director of Client Services

Kelsey chose Chattanooga as her home when she began her college career at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She found a niche (and expertise) with a hospitality company where she managed 30 different social media platforms on a daily basis.

At the firm, Kelsey develops messaging for clients that resonate with donors, supporters, elected officials and stakeholders.

Taylor Hurley

Manager of Client Services

You could say that Taylor loves a good party, because she’s planned or been a part of the planning team for many of the area’s top events. With a degree in communications from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, she brings over five years of experience in marketing and special events to our team. Need help with an event to engage over 7,000 employees throughout several locations to build employee relations? Call Taylor. Looking for some key marketing strategies for your booth at a national conference? Call Taylor. Need help in developing marketing materials, event planning details or development of a fashion show? Call…well, you get the idea. She’s a dog mom to her golden retriever, Cash, and enjoys a good run after a long day. Taylor enjoys bringing people together through events and we enjoy having Taylor on our team!
