Robin Derryberry

Robin is a native Chattanoogan, seventh generation Tennesseean and proud alumna of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she received her Undergraduate and Master’s Degrees. Robin’s diverse career path has developed into quite an assortment of hats that she’s worn over the years: court administrator, campaign manager, partner, community volunteer, and, small business owner.

Robin’s success in political strategy is used daily at the firm to assist clients who face challenges in the business world. She’s done a little bit of everything: from turning a city council vote from a unanimous defeat to a unanimous victory, to rebranding the Ocoee Region for the USDA Forest Service, to writing an obituary…for a chimp.

Robin was honored as one of Chatttanooga’s “Women of Distinction”, and serves as a Member of UTC Chancellor’s Roundtable; and, Executive Committee Member of the Board of The Partnership for Families, Children and Adults.

Robin’s client work includes: Alstom, the USDA Forest Service, Krystal, and Signature Brokers.

Andy Derryberry

Andy grew up in middle Tennessee where his family owned several small businesses and his dad served as Mayor for many years. Growing up in the Derryberry household taught Andy many lessons in running a small business as well as employing strategy in the politics of business.

Andy is a proud alum of Middle Tennessee State University and is equally proud of being an Eagle Scout, an honor he achieved at the age of 13. He began his career in marketing for Teledyne and left to answer the call to public service. Andy served as a special agent with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and later, was one of the charter members as a special agent of the Office of the Inspector General for the Tennessee Valley Authority.

Andy’s creativity was on full display during the Great Recession. When a client needed national media coverage and media travel budgets were being cut, Andy came up with the idea to achieve the client’s needs. He provided reporters with a View Master featuring photos telling the client’s story which promoted lots of interest for the festival. Older reporters loved the novelty of something from their childhood while younger reporters enjoyed the cool factor of it. This project also garnered national attention from BUSINESS WEEK for Andy’s creativity on behalf of his clients. Let Andy’s creativity and strategic thinking work for you!
